Refund policy

Muse by Sem Studio only accepts exchanges, no refund is allowed. Exchange item/s must be in new condition and free of damages. It/ They must be exchanged in its/ their original and complete packaging.

Exchange must be done within seven days upon receipt of the item/s.

Customer is responsible for additional shipping cost.

Kindly note that the replacement item/s is/ are subject to availability and we advise that the customer contact us at hello@semuseofficial.com before exchanging.
